Hello, I am currently a student in a school environment.
I've been trying to install Qt on my laptop but the admin dialog keeps showing and I am unable to install Qt, is there a way I can install Qt as an Invoker without the abilities to install as an admin?
I'm new to Qt, so please forgive me if I am acting silly. :)

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

Just target your home folder for the installation and you should be good to go.

I've tried doing that, but the User Account Control comes up even when installing to a desktop folder. (I'm on Windows 10 by the way.)

Then you should talk with your school IT folks.

I'll probably leave Qt for now and leave it to a personal computer, since the IT Managers blacklisted a set of programs to run. Apparently, Qt is one of them along with heaps of other programming stuff like Python, etc. I'll definitely ask why this is the case.

Should I mark this as "Solved" for now?

Once you can confirm you came to an arrangement with your school's IT people.
