qt design tab is disabled

Hello guys I cannot use GUI designer of qt because it is disabled.

here's what happen first I open the qt then the dialog show some problem.
The dialog messages
The following plugins have errors and cannot be loaded:
-QmlDesigner
-QmlProfiler

The Details:
Plugin initialization failed: Cannot create OpenGL context.

How to solve this?

Which version of Creator are you using?
On which platform?
Is your graphics card installed properly?
Is your system running in a virtual machine?

I already solve this issue. What I did is I runMaintenanceTool from C:\Qt\MaintenanceTool.exe I only install one version of mingw . in my case mingw48_32 then also install msvc2010 and msvc2012_64.

then it works.
