Hello everyone I have such a problem is not installed SDK platform I do not know what to do everything almost tried in android studio all connected and in QTCreator not seen. I work in the Ubuntu.

it seems you didn't download any platform SDK.
This needs to be done in the SDK Manager. Open Android Studio and open up the SDK Manager and download a recent platform SDK.
