Hi, can you give me exact link from where to download Qt Configuration Tool, cause i can't find it nowhere?

Pure guess but the big C at the right of the page likely means that it's a commercial product.

Have you downloaded Qt for Device Creation? If I'm not mistaken, the Qt Configuration Tool should be part of that package.
