Java constructor question

Hi all,

I'm not used to Java so I have got a question.
There is the android example to NotificationClient : "link":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5/qtandroidextras-notification-android-sources-src-org-qtproject-example-notification-notificationclient-java.html

If i would set an "Log.i("Qt", "test");" into to puplic NotificationClient()- function and call the
notify-function in myQtProject the Log function should work. or? do i missunderstand it?

Because my Qt-App only comes only right before that line: " m_notificationManager = (NotificationManager)m_instance.getSystemService(Context.NOTIFICATION_SERVICE);"
there it crashes but i really do not know why...

I think there is a problem with m_instance. could that be?
