Generated file not found

Hello qt-experts,
i have a custom compiler setup which is generating multiple files which are used in the main.cpp. Now if i click build there appears an error which says:
..\TestModuleTypeSupportImpl.h:7: error: C1083: Datei (Include) kann nicht ge”ffnet werden: "TestModuleTypeSupportC.h": No such file or directoryBut the files get generated correctly. So if i run the build a second time everything works fine. How can i tell qt to wati until all files are generated?
