Hi, I recently started using Qt. The first thing that I did was to change the compiler to MinGW from MSVC and it worked fine yesterday, but today when I try to open Qt Creator I am getting a Windows Error which says I cannot open this app.

Can somebody please tell me how can I solve this problem? Thanks for your time and effort.

    Edit:
I am running Qt on Windows 10 x64
I am using MinGW 32 bit compiler.

        Yes I am running McAfee.
And I tried disabling Real Time Scan and running Qt Creator. No luck.

Then a silly idea: did you try to remove/re-install Qt ?

I have had Kaspersky AV delete QtCreator after doing an update via the MaintenanceTool. After reinstalling Qt and adding an exception for QtCreator (and MaintenanceTool too, I think) it has been fine.
