QT macOS online: Failure to Fetch Repostories

I've been trying to install QT on my mac over the past month for some C++ development. I've upgraded my OS, allowed QT through my firewall, but nothing is working, and I keep getting the error "Failure to fetch repositories". I've heard changing mirrors could solve it.
If you could explain how to change mirrors I would appreciate it! Thanks! -
