I have only the 3 default possibilities Generic Linux, Blackberry Device, QNX Device.

I think you would need to create a device support plugin for Qt Creator.
I'd advise to bring this question on the qt-creator mailing list
I was considering this. I mearely asked to know if there is any other way or if there is someone with an already created plugin.
