Installing Qt 5.8.0 on Ubuntu 16.04 offline

I am interested in doing an offline installation of Qt 5.8.0 alongside Qt creator 4.2.1 on a PC with ubuntu 16.04 LTS

If I download "qt-opensource-linux-x64-5.8.0.run" from https://download.qt.io/archive/qt/5.8/5.8.0/ can I perform an offline installation?
