how can i add the slider on the Main Window

I'm using Qt5.5 on my computer.
During the process, I'm going to add the slider on my Main Window like below picture.It's an example that represent what i want.
Like the slider beside the picture.

Like the slider beside the picture.When i slide the slider the picture will moving.
How can i add the slider there and moving my object up or down?

Yes, it's what i mean.
I got too many objects on Main Window.
And when i run it on my device,
there are some objects are missing.
As i know that because my objects is too many that my device screen cannot show all of it.So i think that i might need a slider to slide my screen.
