Might be a silly idea, but check that the CDB selected is of the same architecture as your Qt version.

whats up with the middle symbol path cachecache ?
Did you double paste the cache path in the middle of itself or something?My entire symbol paths entry looks like:
cache*C:\temp\SymbolCache srv*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols -
Did you check your kit ? It might give additional clues.
