I just formatted my computer, installed a fresh MSVC 2015 with Qt 5.7 and Qt Creator 4.2.0 but when I try to debug something this error appears:

    error

How to solve that? Thank you

      Hi,

Please search the forum a bit, this question has already been asked several times.

Visual Studio only installs an "internal debugger". You have to install the "real one" yourself.

      More information here.

I did what you told me and installed WDK now nothing is working anymore, I'm getting this error:

:-1: error: Exception at 0x7ffc44767788, code: 0xd: , flags=0x1 (execution cannot be continued) (first chance)

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\include\crtdefs.h:10: error: C1083: Cannot open include file: 'corecrt.h': No such file or directory

I haven't told you to install the WDK.

          WinDBG is enough.

Remove the WDK and just install WinDBG.

              If it's still acting up, re-install VS2015.

                I solved applying that patch.

                Thank you.
