Qt torrent example stuck at "searching" or "connecting"

I compiled the Qt torrent client example and I got stuck at "searching" and "connecting" when paused attempted to continue.
I have the firewall permissions, run as administrator and still nothing. -

Can you provide the torrent file that you are using with the example ?

Strange, can't reproduce it on OS X, the file is downloading fine

even I'm facing the same issue. tried several torrent files but still the same result. stuck in searching status

@avishkaperera Hi, can you please give more details (Qt version, OS, compiler, network setup, etc. ) ? Just saying that you are also getting stuck doesn't help finding the root cause of the problem.
