In the documentation there is a list of supported platforms:
http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5.0/qtdoc/platform-details.html

For RTOS there is "QNX, VxWorks and INTEGRITY".

I'm not an expert of RTOS, so, I don't know which one is open source.
