Create Android file with creator

I want to make Android file with qt creator.
I use than qml.

Then install Qt for Android and the matching dependencies i.e. Android SDK and NDK.

I run SDK Manager.exe , after chose the run as administrator.but But to display the message:
Done. Nothing was installed.
I chose andriod sdk platform-tools.

I suggest you to do install a linux kind of debian distribution (from a virtual machine or directly on dual boot) and follow the doc here:
http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/androidgs.html
these doc give indication also for windows... but stay more linux distribution and debian friendly (and all from there... ubuntu and co.).

This idea is because i feeling this way more simple and provide a distribution with full tools for development environment the easy way.
