Cannot set avatar

Hello. I can't set the forum avatar. I have 2 options in Change Picture menu: "default picture" and "gravatar". Can I upload my image somehow?

@kshegunov, thank you for your answer. The topic says that uploading avatars is disabled, but I can see @boniface with avatar set. He joined today. Strange things.

Yes, uploading files on the forum is disabled. But, if you have (or set up) a gravatar account, with the same e-mail address as you used for singing up in the forum, and upload your avatar there it will be shown on the forum.
