Downloading Application while running Qt App in AM335x error

Hello All ,
I have made application and I am able to run on AM335x Kit from Run Green Button but when I am modifying it and after build when I am going to Run its shows up a error :@
Upload of file ''/home/sitara/terminal/terminal' failed : Failure
@every time when I press button its get same error ; I found that while i am downloading application if the application is running on AM335x kit it is not downloading application...
but when I close the application or say restart AM335x kit it get downloaded.My purpose is to download the application while the application is running :
either it exit the running the application or update the application.thank you for support
