Windows 8.1 preview, x64, QGLWidget with setMouseTracking(true), Visual Studio 2012.
- When window is active, mouseMoveEvent doesn't fired. When window is inactive, event fires on 5.1.0 x86, but not on 5.1.1 x86
- I just try tabletEvent(QTabletEvent *e), but didn't receive it at all.

You might have found a regression/bug, you could check "the bug report system":http://bugreports.qt-project.org/issues to see if it's something known. If not you could open a new bug report with a minimal compilable example showing the problem.
