Problem to test APP directly to device...

Good morning to all, I'm newbe of Qt world.
At the moment I'm studing Qt and QML and obviously I'm doing experiments.
I'm can't do many things at the moment and between these, I can't try APP into my tablet.
I did various tests and I read some how-to.
I've found many solutions to various problem encountered during my tests, but now I'm infront a problem that I can't solve.
I've:- connected my tablet to usb port
- activated developer mode
- activated debug usb mode
but when I execute deploy command and I select my tablet from list, nothing happens.
I did some search to internet but I haven't found any solution.
My tablet use Android 4.4.2.
There is two thing that for me are a possibile signal for this problem, and you can see through image as follow:

What do you mean by "nothing happens` Don't you have any error message ?
