Bluetooth programming for Android with Qt

Hi,
I have already programmed with Qt for Desktop, but now I'm planning to use it for programming for Android. I would like to build a software that communicated via Bluetooth. I see that there is no official Qt solution for this, but there is a https://projects.developer.nokia.com/qbluetooth 3rd party module.
Has some of you ever implemented something using it? If so, does it work properly, or would I have to do some tricks for it to work? If not, has anybody ever implemented a program using Qt in Android but using the Native support for Bluetooth?Thanks in advance,
