Using offline installer behind proxy

Due to slow network connection in my place, I cannot use the quick access installer. So I have downloaded the offline installer of Qt 5.5.0 for Windows for installation.
When I start the setup program, it require to check my Qt Account, and prompted the error "Host login.qt.io not found. Unable to login to Qt Account. Please check for your network connection.". However, unlike the quick access installer, the offline installer does not have the "Settings" button for network connection, it cannot change the network setting.
How can we use the offline installer behind proxy?

The login part should be optional. Are you sure you're not able to continue without it ?
