How to set OPENCV with QT using QT Creator

Hi all ,
I want to use OPENCV 2.4.10 with QTCreator 3.4.1 on UBUNTU 14.04 .... i haven't found any explained tutorial for this .... any help will be appreciated ,
i have installed and tested opencv alone and QT alone in ubuntu thanks .

@SGaist still not working , but when i try a complete project downloaded from internet it worked , that mean that i'm doing something wrong , also i have copy_paste all the files from a project to a new project created by QT Create and i get the same error .... weird
