Qt Creator For Mumble?

Hi,
I'm interested in creating skins for Mumble and was led here from their wiki page. I'm confused though, as to what exactly I should be downloading. Is it okay to get only the Qt Creator? Or do I need the other stuff? I'm using Windows 7.

One faster way to get started would be to contact the mumble authors, they should be able to help your get started quickly

Second paragraph links to Qt's main page. I don't have any way of contacting Mumble's original authors, unfortunately. If I read correctly, Mumble is completely open-source.
