    The 5 seconds timeout inside the method AndroidConfig::updateAvailableSdkPlatforms (androidconfigurations.cpp) is too small. In my development environment (Windows64 I5 8Gb Memory) the original batch android.bat last almost 7..8 seconds. This cause the message Cannot create a new AVD. No sufficiently recent Android SDK available.
    Removing from the batch the copies to temp directory will help to stay within the timeout.
    I suggest to raise the timeout or to make it configurable.
