Qt works with NFC protocol on android or iphone?

i found an article that qt has a class library which supports mobile NFC(extremely short-length wireless protocol).
also i found it supports on blackberry 10.
how is it today? it(QT) supports any other android phones and iphone with NFC?
i need that function.

acording to the docs http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5/qtnfc-index.html it does not support Android or iOS

of course i already read it.
but i could build and deploy some nfc examples of qt 5.4 on my android phone and it did run without any errors!
but actually i'm not sure if it really works on android.
