I download "Qt 5.3.1 for Windows 32-bit (VS 2010, OpenGL, 537 MB)"

When I compile something I receive this message:

I deleted: Visual C++ 2010 Runtime 10.0.30319

How in instruction I install " Windows SDK 7.1". But I receive this message:

Are you sure you uninstalled all VS2010 runtime from your computer ?
