What are exactly those "webcasts"? Live video? Or some sort of fixed stills with live chat? And is only available to people in America?
-
disperso, you can join and find out what it is all about :)
I'm in India and attending this, starts in 15 mins so you can still register and attend I guess -
I think it is just because of the time of the webcast. Which by the way is:
Start Time: 12/10/2010 1:00 PM
(GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US and Canada)My thanks also.
-
I'm a bit lazy (and annoyed) when it comes to registration, but you are right, I will give it a try.
-
Registration was pretty painless. Unlike some.

Its a webinar - You can see the ppt and hear the audio. And using chat you can shoot any questions.
-
About to start now in 10 min.
-
I had trouble with Chrome and had to startup Firefox to get it running.

I use chrome and works fine for me.
-
Just in case you thought it had started and could not hear anything. It is yet to start - in 2-3 minutes. Also you need to have flash plugin installed.
-
I'm trying with chromium and with the flash plugin (linux, 64 bit) and I can login. :-(
-
Forget it, I'm in now, but using Iceweasel (firefox).

You mean to say can't login - its a typo right.
-
Yes, sorry. I was in a hurry because it was past the start hour, but I'm in now I haven't missed much important.

Overall the session was ok. I think we have much more knowledge being shared on QML here in the forums. And felt that Forum Nokia needs to improve a lot more on their webinar contents and presentation as developers expectations are more.
Would like to know others opinion who attended it.
