Ios App with Qt Creator on Windows

Hi

I'm new in this forum and i wanted to know if there is the posibility to develope a add for an iPhone with Qt Creator on a Windows 7 OS? I have been lokking through several posts in this forum but I didnt found an exactly answer to my question.

Help would be nice :)

Hi

You can't, you need xcode installed to compile for ios but you cant install it on Windows or Linux. You can do it only on Mac.

If i install Qt Creator on a Mac is there the posibility to develop app for iPhone as a standard integrated or do I have to install extra software?

You will need xcode to develop for the iphone. Once you install it, if you choose, you can use Qt Creator as an IDE and not use xcode. But, for you to use Creator with the iphone, you have to turn on the ios plugin.

Off the tool bar, Qt Creator -> About Plugins
In the dialog under Device Support, check ios.
