Cant add resource file to project on win xp(qt library 4.8.3,qt creator 2.4.1)

i start develop project on ubuntu 12.04 , and I add to project resource file for icons everything was Ok, but when i go to win xp when compiling i have this error( -1: error: [release/qrc_recourses.cpp] Error 2). When i'm delete recourse file everything is ok, but even when i put icon for buttons from file, i can't see it. Why it so?

Probably some path problems. Linux and Windows handle builds in a different way. Check the paths in debug or just take a look at filesystem. Hard to say anything more without more data.

everything ok when i used library qt 4.6.4. works good with this version.
