You might not have the dlls necessary for the oci plugin in your PATH

I have dlls. It may be they are in not correct path. Which is correct PATH? I use Qt 5.1.1

But do you have the OCI dll in you path ?

Get Dependency Walker and check the plugin dll to see if all dependencies can be found
