How to request Qt regional Group ?

Yap no idea why they got that much of time ,actually i requested that group before 1 month still waiting for it :(

And how does that match with having a regional group (in a language few people in the community speak) match with that, then? -

Best example is YouTube, which used to be a great place for international exchange back in 2007. Today, it's totally separated. The german YouTube main page looks nothing like the US YouTube (content-wise), and so do the comments. Everything back to regional topics and boundaries.
Don't get me wrong, everyone is free to do whatever he likes and if people want regional groups, go ahead. But I personally think this is against the internet's spirit. -

Oh i am really sorry it seems some one got wrong idea about my thread , actually i request that group for organization purposes and introduce Qt for beginners in our country , no idea to change the language main purpose is create one place for share their ideas use in that group and also i believe its improve their contribute for the project.
And also hope every one can help me to solve that situation. because it will help others in future.
