Symbian S60 5th Edition (also known as Symbian^1 or S^1) supports Qt apps and in general you can easily port apps to S^1 and publish them in Nokia Ovi Store.

How to select tool chain and how select version of Symbian ?

go to Progect-->Symbian Device (Select Build)

in the General options you find the "QT Version" where you can select the version of OS for target

in my Qt 4.7.4 i see it is selected Symbian Anna for release. There was another option "Symbian Anna debug". I could not change it to Symbian^3 release. Do you know how to change it ?

Right now i don't have Symbian Anna. But 4.7.4 should support Symbian^3 too.
