    Hi,

I'm testing an NFC-enabled app using QtMobility 1.2 on Nokia C7.
The app simply reads a tag and prints out whatever on the tag.
    See "Annotated URL Example":http://doc.qt.nokia.com/qtmobility-1.2/annotatedurl.htm

But when I touched a type-1 tag containing a URL, the phone always used its default action prompting me to browse to the specific website.

The phone handled all NFC reads, and the app did not receive any event.
How can I override the phone default action?

    Cheers,
    Paul

      Hi,

Sorry for the delay in answering this but it seems that we cannot override the default phone action for Well Known types of Ndef records. You can check this tutorial that shows how to build a custom record for your purposes: http://www.developer.nokia.com/Community/Blogs/blog/near-field-connectivity-blog/2011/11/25/nfc-app-autostart

      Best Regards
