Hi and welcome to devnet, What version of PyQt5 are you using ? What version of Qt is it built on ? How did you install both of them ? What Linux flavour are you running ? What graphics card do you have ? What driver are you using for it ? What do your kernel logs tell you ?

Hey Got a follow up question in regards to styling... How can I get QComboBox focus indicator/rect ? So that I can set correct color for the outline of comboBox to paint? I tried using QRect r = QApplication::style()->subElementRect(QStyle::SE_ComboBoxLayoutItem, &option, mWidgetList[ComboBox]); and QRect r = QApplication::style()->subElementRect(QStyle::SE_ComboBoxFocusRect, &option, mWidgetList[ComboBox]); But neither return correct rect to use as paint target... Only the large square one around item in tree view. Any hints? Same for QPushButton, and pretty much any button/combo like widget I think o.O TIA.

Hi, It is but you will have to create the bindings. KDAB implemented the support but it's currently not yet integrated in Qt.

@jsulm Yes, VS2017 C++ compiler was installed. The application has been successfully compiled using MSVC.

Unless you bind arguments, which arguably is much better than allowing for injection of invalid query data.

I am using centOS 6.10, my windows manager is metacity 2.28.0. I haven't tried with qt 5 yet, will try that now
