Qt Installer Framework, removing App from Windows "Apps & Features" list during uninstall?

I noticed that every time I uninstall my application using the maintenance tool, my App still has an entry in the Apps & Features list in Windows 10. Is there a way to remove it from there when performing an uninstall? Because now I have like 20 entries of the same App in the list.
