Designing a container component

Hi
My application consists of many elements that have the same design -

At the top is a title bar (black background and white foreground)
At the bottom is a thin rectangle .
The middle part is what varies
I can manage to make a component for the top and bottom. what I dont understand is how to make the middle part configurable.
Do I need a loader ?
Do I just have to cut and paste each one?

Use loader. That is the best
