unable to open or create a project with QT creator

Hello All,
Please I need your help for the following :
When I try to open or create a project with QT creator, I can see only the .pro file. I could not see all the other files (.h, .cpp, .ui, etc) .
I tried to close the program and opened it again but the same issue persisted and I've got already the same error : Project ERROR: failed to parse default search paths from compiler output
Any help please ?
