I tried loading a page which has CSS filter effects into the Qt Demo Browser (v5.9.7).
But if the filtered element has 3d transforms, the filter will not take effect as shown in the screenshot below

Any idea?

It's a bug :( . I created a bug report here, so if you have more info please add it there.
