Windows 10 emoji picker isn't displayed in the correct location.

Windows 10 users using 1803 or greater can open the emoji picker by the shortcut (Windows Key + Period / Full Stop (.)).
For non Qt apps the picker is displayed at the active input box just under the cursor.
But for any Qt app the picker is displayed in the bottom right of the users main display.Anyone have any idea how to get the picker to be display in the correct location?
