Did you install a vs2008 version of Qt separately?
If yes, there should be a directory called C:\QtSDK\Desktop\Qt\4.7.4\msvc2008\bin with the appropriate qmake.exe.

I instaill VS 2008 then Qt then qt visual add-in, and I do not remember that I asked to choose the package location for VS
My C:\QtSDK\Desktop\Qt\4.7.4\msvc2008 consist of 2 foldrers:
        imports
        mckspecs

I have 14 folders in there. One is bin with the qmake.exe.
There is apparently something wrong with your setup. How did you install Qt for vs2008? Did you use the installer or did you do the compilation yourself?

I have never used the installer. However, assuming that the structure would be similar, there is a considerable number of subfolders missing.
Do you have a tool searching through the subfolders for qmake.exe? Respectively, what is the size of the different subfolders?
My bin subfolder has more than 500MB.

Do not worry about your English. It is not my mother language either.

As it looks you need to reinstall Qt for VS2008.

I would try reinstall Qt sdk only. I just tried to do on a virtual PC. It seems that you can limit it to the vs2008 section. Possibly, you have to remove first and than to install again, but limit it to vs2008 section.
