I have removed several Qt versions I no longer need using the Maintenance tool. However, I noticed that Docs for these version are still there. How can I properly uninstall them?

Just delete the folder. There's nothing fancy about it

Nowadays, it rarely is so un-fancy ;-)

This might leave stale entries in the Maintenance Tool database.

It's a known issue, see https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-52386 (most useful is Eike Ziller's comment: As a workaround... uninstall the left-over documentation and example packages when starting MaintenanceTool with --show-virtual-components)

Oops, too late. Fortunately, no ill effects visible, so far.
