About the job
We have a challenging position available for a software developer who likes to work as part of a small team of skilled developers in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will be actively involved in all stages of the software development process, starting with requirement analysis all the way through design, implementation, testing, delivery and continued maintenance.
As part of the development of new projects, you will always strive to achieve the key concepts of ease of use, re-usability of software components and seamless integration of hardware components.How about you?
You have a bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer science, software engineering or other closely related technical field with at least 3 years of experience working with C++ in an object orientated environment. Any experience with other object oriented programming languages such as C# or Java will be considered. It is natural for you to be able to work quickly and efficiently under minimal supervision, both independently or as part of a team.You have knowledge of:
- Qt application framework
- Designing and developing in a large object oriented codebase
- Multi-threaded design and applications
- Design patterns and clean code principles
- User interface principles and concepts
- Version control systems such as Subversion or Git
Bonus/Plus:
Knowledge of C, C++11, QML, PHP, SQL, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScriptFluent English written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Living in the vicinity of Almere, Netherlands (max. 45 min. travel time)
