How to install Qt to a previous location?

Hello I recently reinstalled Windows and everything was lost.
When I was trying to reinstall Qt to a previous installed location, there's always an error. What should I do now?

Are you using the Qt installer?
Does the old Qt installation still exist in the location you are trying to install to?

Yes I downloaded the installer from official website. It says something like there is already an installed version in that folder.
I already deleted that folder and made a clean installation. Thanks for asking.
