Solved Hardware accelerated decoding and offscreen rendering (QOffscreenSurface / QOpenGLFramebufferObject)

I am using Asus Tinkerboard with OS that have Gstreamer support for VPU.
Working on QT app that does offscreen rendering using QOffscreenSurface / QOpenGLFramebufferObject (scene with videos).Would hardware accelerated decoding be utilized when doing offscreen rendering ?
If yes, how to confirm ?
if configurable, pls suggest how.Thanks

according to my measurements, yes offscreen rendering is using hardware acceleration (if available / configured).
