Draw the heart

I want to know is there any ready examples on qt where can i put algorithm to draw heart and write text "happy birthday"?
like this.

I dont know the algorithm for making an heart
but you could easy find a 3d model to use in Qt 3d.

However, if its to produce a picture, then povray can do it very easy as it has build in.
