Download page gives Chinese-only content to Australian viewer

This is what I see when I view https://www1.qt.io/download-open-source-access/ from a static IP address in Australia:

It doesn't bother me too much since I understand some Chinese, but I'd imagine that lots of Australians can't read that drop-down menu! @tekojo ?

Home -> "Download. Try. Buy." -> "Go open source"

Ah, OK... if I do a regular click on "Go open source", I get a dialog with "Your Open Source Obligations" and then get taken to https://www.qt.io/download-qt-installer

However, it I Ctrl+click "Go open source" or Right-click -> "Open in new tab", I get taken to https://www1.qt.io/download-open-source-access/

If you open in another tab the commercial one, instead, you end up on https://www1.qt.io/ru_old/download
