Volker probably choked and not to suffocate he coughed :-) -
Well, let's not trash all those posts... XD
- Get more info about your CPU, fan & correct temperatures. Programs like CPU-Z or SpeedFan could help, Google sure does help, but it all depends on YOUR specific hardware & community support.
- Think that it could just be summer XD... Did this happen before? Does this happen all the time, or only after a lot of video watching & gaming?
IMHO, this does not look like a HW issue. Maybe regulation SW, or just temperature/usage... Also, if the PC does not turn itself off, don't bother, it will continue working XD.

You could check whether you have lots of dust in the radiator below the fan. It happened to me once, there was so much dust that even when the CP was idle, the fan speed was more than 6000 rpm. Then a simple C++ compilation stopped the PC, because the extra heat could not be extracted.

ok...thx alot =)...I really appreciate your advices =)

Could be of the dust within the fan, that always makes me coughing or maybe just because I'm glad that it was not caused by a Qt application that went mad... :-)
I moved the thread to "The Lounge" as that's the forum for talking about everything else that's not Qt related.

OH :D I got it :D:D...thank you :-)

Oh, just some serious thought: It could be a failing temperature sensor. To be on the safe side the system assumes maximum heat then and fires up the fans. That's what my old PowerPC Mac does when something is going wrong. I always hear when it has crashed :-)

mmm....i think an electricity failure here because of my mother :S:S ..she unpluged my cpu and she didn't realise that the battery is not working....what should I do now??
