Forum downtime Jan 23

Hi,

As you probably noticed, the forum was down today for 2 hours. Our database engine needs updating as soon as possible and therefore we were testing the operation on our staging environment first. The databases of both environments are on the same cluster and while everything went smoothly while replicating the data, restoring the indexes was too much for the cluster and that caused the unexpected downtime.
