When you are in the wiki there are 2 links under "stuff by staff" on the right middle of your screen.

Of course,

Use the link : Create a new page
Start typing like you can in the forum editor.

Use syntax highlighting. There are some more options like using titles and subtitles.

You can preview it and finally submit.

Afterwards you can edit using the edit link. For more details please refer to the links I gave you.
